Processing Time
I am one person so proccessing times can be slower at times.
For ready made items it can take me up to two weeks to ship the package.
For made to order items it can take me two to nine weeks to ship out.
If you have a event you need an item for please message before purchase to ensure if I can get it to you in time or to discuss rush order fees.
Shipping Time
Once the package leaves my hands I cannot guarantee any timeline, but the approximate time.
Continental USA standard shipping 3-5 days, expedited shipping 1-3 days.
International Shipping standard 4-6 weeks, Expedited 1-3 weeks.
International Shipping
I offer shipping to most of the world however right now I can no longer ship to the EU or Northern Ireland. Due to new GSPR regulations I can not afford the required team and items to ship to EU countries and Northern Ireland.
Return Policy
Any return with refund will be only a refund of item price, shipping cost willl not be refunded.
All ready to ship items can be returned within a week of arrival if unworn, buyer pays return shipping.
If an item is broken upon arrival please contact me and you can return the piece, or send it for a repair, I will cover shipping.
If an item does not fit it can be exchanged for size adjustment/replacement or returned, buyer covers shipping. Please check measurments before ordering.
All made to order, samples, and B-grade items are final sale, unless item arrives broken.
Shipping Disclaimer
Once a package leaves my hands I cannot control what happens. I use mainly USPS to ship, if you would like to request UPS, FEDEX, or other shipping companies contact me before purchasing. All my packages are insured for damages and loss but once a package is marked 'Delivered' nothing can be done, unless you pay for signature confirmation. I recommend you contact your local post office or building owner if packages are lost but 'Delivered'. If you have problems with package theft I recommend you opt for signature confirmation or contact your local post office to do a package hold. Please double check your shipping address as I use what information is given to me, if the information is incorrect message me and I can correct the address before mailing it out.
Privacy Policy
If a package is returned to me you can get a refund, not including shipping or pay for reshipment. Shipping rates are going up and up and I can no longer afford to cover the cost of redelivery
